AIBIM is an autonomous, independently managed asset manager with offices in Dublin and New York. The bulk of assets of €8.5 bn are invested in global markets. It has proven expertise both in-house and outsourced.
In Ireland, the company provides investment solutions to the institutional market. They encompass equity, index managed and liability driven investments as well as multimanager and alternative investments offerings. AIBIM has a strategic partnership with Legal and General Investment Managers (LGIM) for the provision of index management services in Ireland.
Internationally, the company specialises in the provision of global and international equity income and SRI products in which we have a long and established track record. In addition it has developed a number of specialist focussed equity and forestry products.
Most client funds are managed on a discretionary basis through segregated portfolios or through investments in various collective investment schemes. These include a range of UCITS and authorised unit trusts. The custodial and administrative functions are provided by BoNY Mellon.
AIBIM is regulated by the Financial Regulator. It is registered with the SEC. AIBIM is passported under MiFID to provide investment services in the UK. Investment performance data has been compiled in accordance with GIPs (Global Investment Performance Standards) standards since 1999. An annual SSAS70 (FRAG 21) has been carried out on the company since 2005.
The Takeover Panel has granted AIBIM Exempt Fund Manager status (EFM), which reflects the independent nature of the business.
